Fitting in is a skill that I have never acheived and when I decided to do a lizard,
the poor chameleon came to mind. Each of these lizards is trying its best to blend into surroundings
that are so totally different (note that it does make some progress.) Each one is trying to beguile you
with a wry smile and a smirk, and to look at you with sultry eyes (I did not say that they were successful at it).
The best that they can do is keep hanging on.
