The wonderful thing about making the fish is that everything about them is so expressive.
Not only is the face expressive, but the shape of the body, the shape and coloring of the fins,
and the movement of the fins gives a piece so much personality. The one problem is that
I am not allowed to control what a particular fish is saying. The moment I try to control it,
the fish just doesn't come out quite right.
Because you can only see one side of a fish at a time, each one comes with two different
moods and you can choose which mood you want to express that day.
Note: Each fish has side fins that lay along their sides. This not only strengthens and protects
them but it also allows the fish to lay flat when being worn.
